1. ISTIU Festival
Castelló d’Empúries’ music festival, from July 4 to 10, presents a great lineup: Obeses, Delafé, Ferran Palau, Mishima, Miqui Puig, The Sey Sisters and many more! All the concerts are held in charming places both in the historic center and in Empuriabrava. Hey, and for the younger ones… there’s also Pot Petit!

2. Enfarina’t: guided tour and tasting at Ecomuseum-Farinera
Visit suited for all audiences to discover the secrets of making flour with a guided tour of the factory! It takes place every Monday (in Spanish and French) and every Wednesday (in Catalan and English) in July. It lasts 1 hour 30 minutes and costs €5 for adults and €2.5 for children. For children under 3 years it is free. At the end, a tasting of Tramuntana bread, Rufa beer and H20 Vilajuïga awaits you.

3. Jazz Estartit
From the 21st to the 24th of July, Jazz lovers have an unmissable date at Estartit. Framed within the Torroella de Montgrí Festival (we also highly recommend you to take a look at its program) Jazz Estartit has a short history, since it was born in 2014, but it has firmly established itself as the cradle of all kinds of jazz music fusions. All the concerts are held on Passeig del Molinet, with views of the Medes Islands.

4. Barretina Rural Fest
On July 2, the seventh edition of the Barretina Rural Fest is celebrated, with an obstacle course, dinner for contestants and concerts throughout the night. Without a doubt, it is a proposal as crazy as it is fun, which each year manages to gather more followers.
