When you reserve, you are not assigned a specific plot number.

No. The Mas Nou campsite is a completely family campsite.
Yes, in the camping area of pitches and mobile homes. As long as they are properly supervised and controlled. Under no circumstances may you leave your dog alone in the pitch or in any other area of the campsite, it must always be supervised by its owner.
Dogs are not allowed in the bungalows or in their surroundings.

Yes, as long as there is availability, it is possible to have a late check out in the bungalows. The check out time can be extended until 6pm for an additional charge of €10.

If you arrive with more than one vehicle you can access to unload and install, but the extra vehicle will have to park outside the campsite.

CAMPING: Submit the completed booking request. Once received, we will notify you of the possibility of admission. For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, you will have to make a payment through our website or by making a bank transfer. The maximum period for making the payment is 15 days; when this period has passed, the reservation is cancelled. Once the down payment is made, we will confirm the reservation by post and the quantity paid shall be subtracted from the final bill total.
- Specific pitches cannot be reserved. The payment only covers entry to the campsite.
- Water and drainage pitches are assigned at the time of booking and cannot be changed. In case of departure before the scheduled date, the full cost of the reserved stay will be charged.
- The departure time from the campsite is before 12.00h.
- Cars must be parked inside the pitch and must not occupy any part of the street.
- A pitch can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (adults or children). If this number is exceeded, it will be necessary to book a second pitch.
- Pets are allowed, provided they are on a leash and do not stay alone on the pitch.
- The limit of 6 visitors per day cannot be exceeded. Upon registration, the established fee must be paid.
BUNGALOWS: Submit the completed booking request. Once received, we will notify you of the possibility of admission. For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, you will have to make a payment through our website or by making a bank transfer. Once your reservation has been accepted, you will be notified how to make the payment. Within 7 days (after this period the reservation will be canceled if payment and confirmation have not been received). This amount will be deducted from the final amount of your invoice.
- Pets are not allowed inside the bungalows or in their surroundings.
- Arrival time for bungalows and mobile homes is from 4:00 PM, and departure time is before 11:00 AM.
- Only one vehicle per accommodation is allowed, and it must be parked in its designated parking area.
- Additional tents are not permitted in the bungalows and mobile homes area.
- In case of departure before the scheduled date, the full amount of the confirmed reservation will be charged.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: 75% of the quantity will be returned if the cancellation occurs a minimum period of one month in advance. Otherwise, the full amount is retained.
