The Empordà always gives magnificent panoramic views of natural landscapes to the eyes of its visitors. Any time of the year is good for enjoying a walk and the calm that contemplating the immensity of the sea, the mountains or hills brings.

Viewpoint of Cape of Creus lighthouse: the access is through the village of Cadaqués and offers a great panoramic of the Mediterranian sea, Forcat islands, Cadaqués, Cape Norfeu, Fredosa cove, Jugadora cove, Perafita hill, Pení hill and the lighthouse of Cadaqués.

Viewpoint of Montgó’s headland: You’ll have spectacular views from l’Escala and its harbour, The Aiguamolls Natural park, Sant Martí d’Empúries, Empuriabrava, Pertús hill, Roses, Cape Norfeu and the Mediterranian sea. You can get there from l’Escala, direction Montgó, until you reach the setting of Montgó’s tower.

Viewpoint of Serrat de Sentinella: to reach the viewpoint you should take the Maçanet de Cabrenys road and turn left to the Hostal of Darnius and follow the signals. The views of Boadella’s reservoir and swamp are magnificent, with pine woods and cork fields.

Mirador de Suro Gros: si os acercáis hasta éste mirador podréis ver una panorámica con la Serra del Malbosc, el Montagut, el Costabona y el Coll del Pertús. Se accede desde Vilamaniscle, llegando al final de la calle Nord y siguiendo la indicación del mirador que te hace cojer el camino rural que bordea la pineda.

Viewpoint of Ventalló: You’ll be surprised for the fantastic views of the Natural Park of Aiguamolls and the town of Sant Pere Pescador. In the village of Ventalló, you can arrive easily from Bassa street, that will take you to Pedró; under a water tank you’ll find the viewpoint.
